Extractive Mineral Lease (EML) EML 5328, EML 5982, EML 5983, EML 5984 and EML 5985 (Mineral Tenements), collectively known as Sandy Creek Sand Pit.
The Mineral Tenements are located within the whole of the land described as Certificate of Title Volume 5359 Folio 888, Volume 5359 Folio 761, Volume 5103 Folio 89 and a portion of Volume 5359 Folio 770.
TENEMENT HOLDER:
Trenel Pty Ltd (ACN 008 282 880) of registered address C/- Quantum Accounting, 17 Glen Osmond Road Eastwood in the State of South Australia 5063.
DETAILS:
1.	The Mineral Tenements were suspended pursuant to section 56W(2) of the Mining Act (SA) 1971 (the Act).
2.	Suspension was effective from 14 December 2022 being the date the suspension was registered as an instrument (RI 52062) on the Mining Register pursuant to section 56W(5) of the Act.
3.	A Notice of Suspension under section 56W(6) was served upon the tenement holder for which the compliance conditions have now been met.
4.	Completion of the period of suspension occurred on 27 January 2023 when the Mineral Tenements were brought into compliance.
