Mining Lease 4887, Mining Lease 4888, Mining Lease 4889
Pursuant to Section 56J(2)(c) of the Mining Act 1971 and Regulation 49(1)(c) of the Mining Regulations 2020, the Minister hereby varies the following condition of a Mineral Tenement(s) as the Minister considers that the variation is necessary taking into account that the Condition is incapable of being met:
Mineral Tenement(s): Mining Lease 4887, Mining Lease 4888, Mining Lease 4889
Revoke:	ANNEXURE "B" Condition 6 
"Not to conduct mining operations on the said land which are likely to interfere with, damage or destroy any protected wildflower or protected native plant."
