Pursuant to Section 56Q(5) of the Mining Act 197, and being satisfied that circumstances exist that meet the criteria to justify me in doing so, I hereby grant the holder of Extractive Minerals Lease 6087 authorisation to change the mineral that is intended to be recovered from Extractive Minerals Lease 6087.
Extractive Minerals Lease 6087 is now authorised for the recovery, use and sale or disposal of minerals from the area of the lease, including but not limited to Limestone rubble (extractive mineral) and Agricultural Limestone (industrial Mineral), produced as a result of operations conducted in pursuance of the extractive minerals lease.	
AND
Pursuant to Section 56Q(5) of the Mining Act 1971 and in accordance with Section 56U(1) of the Mining Act 1971, Clause 1 of the First Schedule of Extractive Minerals Lease 6087 is varied and replaced by the following:
Extractive Minerals Lease 6087 - First Schedule
 First Schedule, Clause 1:
(Varied) 1.	Quarrying operations may be carried out for the recovery of Limestone from 
 the area of the lease, including but not limited to: 
 1.1 Extractive minerals - Limestone (rubble); and 
 1.2 Industrial minerals - Agricultural limestone.
